WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOARDING YOUR DOG
  1. New & Regular clients MUST fill up the appropriate Woofervations form.
  2. New Client---If your dog's trial stay went well, we will reserve the dates you
    requested, but a confirmation of dates from you is mandatory as we have other pet
    clients on waiting list.
  3. New Client---Submit copies of your pet's recent vaccinations.
  4. Regular Client---Submit copies of your pet's recent vaccinations annually, to update
    the expired ones on file.
  5. Must be complete with the required shots--Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella
  6. One Dog Only, weighing not more than 15 lbs.
  7. 2 (indoor) dogs per household, will be considered as long as they meet weight &
    temperament requirement.
  8. Must be on yearly flea medication
  9. Must be clean or just bathed when boarding with us
  10. Must get along with other pets
  11. Must be people social
  12. Housebroken or Piddle pad trained
  13. Crate trained
  14. Must be spayed or neutered
  15. Must not be sick--Vomitting, diarrhea, bleeding & open sores, injured
  16. Must let us know if pet suffers from food allergies or has a sensitive tummy
  17. Must let us know what specific treats aside from own that'll be safe to give
  18. Must let us know any behavioral concerns. Write them all down on the Dog Profile
    form or e-mail it to us.
