either send the appropriate form or forms to you through
e-mail to print out, fill up, sign and submit 'before' service
begins OR we will simply hand the pet care forms to you,
during our meet n greet.
Petsitting forms must be completed for each dog or cat per
household, meaning one form for each individual pet. In
addition, we require a copy of the letter/certificate from your
veterinarian confirming that your dog and cat are current in
his/her vaccinations for rabies, distemper, bordatella and
parvo. This applies to all services. No exception.
While filling up forms, it would help us tremendously if you
give us as much information to help us serve you and your
pets better. This is a one-time chore, good for all future
bookings. We provide copies for forms needing signatures
for your record.
Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours for regular
days/dates, and 7 days for holiday bookings or a penalty
fee applies.
