1. New and Existing Clients must fill up the Fleas n Ticks Reservation form first to
    reserve the dates.
  2. Visit the Availability Page for more information, before making a booking.
  3. New Clients: In your convenience and our availability, we will schedule a meet n
    greet session on an agreed date and time to get to know you and your pet.
  4. To be able to go through all the process, please make sure you reach us a few
    weeks before your scheduled trip to secure the dates.
  5. A 50% payment (Check or cash) is needed to reserve the dates for you
  6. During our meet, we will receive a set of your house keys (alarm remote if this
    applies) to access your home and pet(s).
  7. For our peace of mind as well as yours, we will need to test the key(s) to make sure
    it works.
  8. If all is well. Fill up and submit the appropriate forms. See Forms Page for details.
  9. The other half of your payment (check or cash form) must be submitted before the
    scheduled petsit starts or when service starts.
