Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn about our pet care
services. Our humble Home-based, Licensed Pet Care Business is located in
Oakland California, founded in 2001. Our operational areas in respect of all “In
Your Home” services (Petsitting and limited Day Care for puppies and geriatric pets)
are restricted within our village, where as our Little Dog Boarding and Little Dog
Grooming are offered to all diva dogs in the Bay area.

WHY US?
4 Paws Whisperer Pet Care’s range of pet care services aims at the responsible pet
parent who wants the best care for their pets. Whether your pet(s) need just one
visit a day or you need to utilize the full range of our services like our Private in-
home Little Dog Boarding and Professional Little Dog Grooming services, our goal is
aimed on your pets' care, safety, well-being and more importantly, your peace of
mind.  

All pets differ and naturally their needs and behavior in different situations vary as
well. We take every possible precaution and will be upfront and honest (no honey
dripping from our mouths) as possible and let you know if your pets are 'suitable'
candidates for the pet services we provide. We offer a free initial consultation, done
with ALL pet care services, where we meet with you and get to know your pet(s).
During this consultation we will discuss specific requirements or special needs that
you and your pet(s) may have, take detailed notes about your pets' habits, food
regime, exercise routine, medical history etc. We will also ask you for veterinarian
details and contact information, including emergency contact details. All these are
done through Pet Care forms that we will forward to you through e-mail of which you
have to fill up, sign and submit BEFORE our meeting and BEFORE your scheduled trip.


BUSINESS DAYS AND HOURS
Like any other home-based business, we have set working days and hours. Out of
respect, we would appreciate that you call us within the work times and days that is,
MONDAY through FRIDAY, between 9:00 A.M. up to 5:00 P.M. 4PW is CLOSED for
business on HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS AND UNAVAILABLE DATES. You will NOT receive a
reply or call back then.


PET CARE RESERVATION
ALL Pet Care requests (Petsitting, Boarding and Grooming) are a first come first
serve basis, so we highly advise that you book right away to secure the date or
dates you want to avoid disappointment. PLEASE, please, confirm the dates when
making a reservation. If you intend to 'ask questions first', we DO NOT guarantee
your dates because we fill up really fast.

All Advance Pet Care requests through the RESERVATION form will be reviewed,
and after notification, will be queued as a first come, first serve basis. Thank you
for understanding and your cooperation.
